Clothes are very optional in Nadia's eyes. While dressing her she implies child abuse with her screams of "ouwie ouwie hurts hurts." It's a constant battle which she often wins when no public excursions are planned. Just a diaper is perfect winter atire in her mind.
Last night I checked on her before passing out for the night. I noted the bare skin sticking out of the blankie and the pajama's lying at the end of the crib. It wasn't the first time she had managed to wiggle out of them. "Oh well. I guess we'll see if she gets cold."
I failed to lift up the blankie which meant Randy found her in the buff this morning - pee everywhere. Disgusting! Her dry diaper was also at the foot of crib. Apparently it came off at the same time as the p.j.'s
I often hear "just wait" from parents who have kids older than mine. Anyone interested in trading a hormonal teenager for a naked strong-willed two-year-old? I think it would be a fair trade and may even help both parties realize every phase has its challenges.
Happy New Year! Tip your glasses to Nautia.

"If you keep it up Nadia you may never have a 2nd cousin in Chicago."
I'm just laughing..and laughing...and laughing....I feel your frustration, I truly do (but I'm still laughing :-)
Seriously..hang in there. In my opinion the phase you are in with your kids is one of the toughest, at least it was for me.
Hugs to all of you..and prayers for patience :-)
